Description : Nitte University, Mangalore DST Technology Enabling Center in collaboration with Agriinnovate of Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Government of India organized an interactive session with Agro-industry on March 18, 2022. Dr. Sudha Mysore, Chief Executive Officer, Agrinnovate was the Chief Guest. Speaking on the occasion, Dr Sudha Mysore explained how Agrinnovate acts as an interface between various institutions under the National Agricultural Research System, which includes research institutes under the Indian Council of Agricultural Research and State Agricultural universities on one side and the stakeholders of agricultural sector like farmers, agro-industry operators, postharvest and food processing industries. She explained the process of technology development that would benefit farmers, processors and agro-industries, evaluation of the technologies and commercialization.
